Acceptance and scope

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the SeenAI marketing website and related non-product pages, including requests for information, demo requests, access inquiries, and other pre-product interactions initiated through the site.

By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. These Terms govern the marketing experience only and do not, by themselves, grant you product access, service levels, support obligations, or any right to use non-public SeenAI services.

Permitted use

You may use the site to learn about SeenAI, evaluate the offering, request information, begin legitimate commercial discussions, and interact with marketing or informational content for lawful purposes.

You may not use the site in a way that violates law, infringes others' rights, interferes with the site's operation, attempts unauthorized access, introduces malicious code, harvests data without authorization, impersonates another person or organization, or otherwise abuses the marketing experience.

No product commitment through the site alone

Descriptions of features, workflows, security posture, integrations, roadmaps, availability, pricing posture, or use cases on the marketing site are for general informational purposes and may evolve over time.

Nothing on this site is a binding promise that any specific feature, package, timeline, integration, or operational commitment is currently available unless confirmed through a separate written agreement or approved onboarding material.

Product access, pilots, and commercial terms

If SeenAI offers you product access, pilot access, API access, or a commercial relationship, that relationship is governed by separate terms, order documents, pilot terms, technical documentation, or another written agreement. When utilizing AI analysis features or Brand Workspace, you grant SeenAI the right to process your uploaded media and linked URLs for the purpose of generating feedback. You represent that you have the necessary rights to any content you upload or link for analysis.

If there is any conflict between these marketing-site Terms and a separate signed or accepted product agreement, the separate product agreement controls for the covered services.

User submissions and communications

If you submit information through the site, including messages, requests, feedback, or inquiry details, you represent that you have the right to provide that information and that it does not violate any law, confidentiality obligation, or third-party right.

SeenAI may use inquiry content, feedback, and suggestions to respond to you, evaluate demand, improve the site or product direction, and support internal business planning, subject to any separate confidentiality commitment or agreement that may later apply.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website design, branding, text, graphics, logos, interface elements, and other site content are owned by SeenAI or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish, distribute, create derivative works from, or exploit site content beyond ordinary personal or internal business evaluation use without permission, except as allowed by applicable law.

Third-party links and services

The site may reference or link to third-party websites, tools, or services for convenience or context. SeenAI does not necessarily control those third-party properties and is not responsible for their content, policies, availability, or practices.

Your use of any third-party site or service is governed by that third party's own terms and policies.

SeenAI may limit or terminate access to the site if it reasonably believes use is abusive, unlawful, harmful, or inconsistent with these Terms.

Governing law and questions

These Terms are interpreted under the law specified in any applicable governing agreement if one exists; otherwise, they are interpreted under the law that properly applies to the marketing site and the parties' relationship, subject to mandatory legal requirements that may apply.
